Wayne Megill, Jr. is the lead listing agent and co-owner of The Wayne Megill Team of Keller Williams Real Estate - Brandywine Valley. Wayne is also CEO and co-owner of award-winning luxury homebuilder, Megill Homes.Wayne Megill was born into the business of homebuilding and along with his brother Scott they operate one of the region’s most recognized family owned homebuilding companies.  Being a second generation homebuilder has allowed Wayne to gain experiences from a very young age. Under the tutelage of his father, Wayne C. Megill, Sr., the apprenticeship of running a family owned home building business began early. From his early teen years and throughout college working as a laborer and a framing carpenter, the foundation of Wayne’s passion and appreciation for the process of building a home, and  running a business was born from the ground up.  Wayne has performed many tasks and duties since the beginning of his professional career; from site-superintendent, project manager, land acquisition and development head, real estate sales, to marketing and product development.  Understanding all of these complex tasks and the importance and coordination of them has proven invaluable in the effort to Megill Homes’ ultimate goal of building homes and communities of lasting value.Wayne credits much of the success of achieving this goal to the relationships that have been built. Be it the families they build for multiple times, or to the tradespeople, vendors and employees, many of whom have been affiliated with the company for several decades.  The formula works and Megill Homes has proudly accepted dozens of awards for excellence in fine homebuilding, community development and marketing over the past fifteen years.Wayne received his BS in Business Administration from Villanova University, and is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, The Pennsylvania Builders Association were he serves on the Board of Directors, and the Government Affairs Committee.  At the local level Wayne is an active member of the Homebuilders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties and currently holds the office of President of the association, as well as serving on the Board of Directors, the Legislative Action committee and the Political Action Committee.  

 

Scott Megill

Vice President, Megill Homes

Scott Megill was born into the business of homebuilding and along with his brother Wayne they operate one of the region’s most recognized family owned homebuilding companies.  Being a second generation homebuilder has allowed Scott to gain experiences from a very young age.  

Under the tutelage of his father, Wayne C. Megill, Sr., the apprenticeship of running a family owned home building business began early. From his early teen years and throughout college working as a laborer and a framing carpenter, the foundation of Scott’s passion and appreciation for the process of building a home, and  running a business was born from the ground up.  Scott has performed many tasks and duties since the beginning of his professional career; from site-superintendent, project manager, land acquisition and development head, real estate sales, marketing and product development, heading the Custom Home end of the company as well as designing and overseeing high end renovations.  Understanding all of these complex tasks and the importance and coordination of them has proven invaluable in the effort to Megill Homes’ ultimate goal of building homes and communities of lasting value.

Scott’s true passion is working with clients to see their dream project come to fruition.  From the earliest stages of designing a home to the final touches, Scott works hand in hand with his clients throughout the entire project.

Scott received his BS from Gettysburg College, and is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, The Homebuilders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties where he currently serves as Vice President as well as on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Legislative Action Committee.  

Becoming a real estate agent was the natural progression for someone that wants to understand and be able to help his clients in every aspect of home ownership.

 

Amanda Lott

Amanda brings 12 years experience representing upscale home sellers and buyers in the Brandywine Valley. Having lived in several places in the United States and Europe, she is passionate about the value and benefits of living in the West Chester area. Before joining the Megill Team, she launched and grew a $30 million real estate team. 

Amanda grew up in western Pennsylvania and attended St Vincent College (BS '91 Finance and Economics) in Latrobe and Wake Forest University (Exec MBA '98) in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, North Carolina. She has lived in Pittsburgh; Charlotte, North Carolina; Frankfurt, Germany; Philadelphia; and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With many corporate relocations, she knows how important it is to have excellent representation when buying and selling a home.

 

Alma Severoni

Alma provides expert buyer representation consultation in the acquisition of your new or existing home. With her husband and in their corporate careers, Alma has built 7 homes. Her knowledge of the Megill communities and products means you maximize your new home investment. Alma has raised 3 children, mostly in the Garnet Valley (PA) area. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Chestnut Hill College. Alma is a fluent Spanish language speaker.
